We woke at 5:30 am for breakfast at home.
At 8:30, we were picked up by the shuttle to KCI airport in Kansas City, MO.
At 10:38 am, we departed KCI on Delta flight 1164 to Atlanta, GA.
At 1:09 pm (EST), we arrived in Atlanta, GA.
At 3:45 pm, we departed Atlanta on Delta flight 2174 to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
At 5:20 pm, we arrived at Fort Lauderdale, FL.
At 6:00 pm, we took a shuttle bus from the airport to Le Méridien Dania Beach hotel in Ft. Lauderdale.
When we had expressed concern about our original flight reservations, Viking had agreed to let us arrive on the evening of November 16 and stay overnight at this hotel.
At 7:00 pm, we went to dinner in the hotel, where we had pepperoni pizza and salad (also on Viking).
